For one week, six lessons each day we - that is the pupils of the 3rd and 4th forms - were taught English only.
Four great native speakers, Emily, Dale, Pete and Ed had come over from Britain to spend a week at our school. We did a lot of talking, reading, sketches and worked out little projects and we had a lot of fun. At the end of the week we invited our families to present them a great show: They could watch us on a farm, hear about the importance of ‘Moonshine’, find out about the problems of Santa Claus and get into the world of fairies.
English can be great fun!
